Replacement Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

2- To replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. In international exchange, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs of the product. For the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.

4- If a defect appears in the product due to the poor possession of the consumer.

5- If the contract deals with the provision of shelter, transport or feeding services.

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product presented to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.
